By using Christmas Magic ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Christmas Magic Is

Christmas Magic is a free service that allows you to create personalized animated Christmas greetings and share them with others via a unique link. No account is required.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create greetings that:

• Contain harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at any person
• Include sexually explicit, violent, or disturbing content
• Promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation
• Contain spam, phishing, or deceptive commercial content
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of your Christmas greetings. Christmas Magic does not review greetings before they are published. However, we reserve the right to remove any greeting that violates these terms, and we provide an abuse reporting system for recipients to flag inappropriate content.

5. Expiration

All Christmas greetings are automatically deleted from our servers after January 24, 2027. We do not provide backups or restore deleted content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that links will remain functional.

7. Limitation of Liability

Christmas Magic and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
